    We will confirm the order and delivery date with the buyers,

    usually within 3-7 working days

    We can provide commercial invoices and sales contracts

    How can I return an item?
    If the watch has a problem, just return it back to us and we will repair it.
     
    We do not accept refund and exchange.
     
    Returns merchandise must be in new condition and complete with all original packaging and stickers. We will inspect all merchandise returned.
     
    Please make sure you return your merchandise by a traceable method to assure delivery.
     
    If you have any question about merchandise, please feel free to contact us first. You can send email using the contact form and explain the reason clearly why you want to return the items.
     
    Once the parcel was returned back then please reply the tracking number. Return shipping fee is responsible by the customer.
    How long do I have to return an order?

    Depending on the delivery method, we do not recommend returns or exchanges as they generally incur high shipping and customs fees, unless you live in China
